Roblox is a 3-dimensional game created by Roblox Incorporations where anyone can build anything they can dream of, and get other users to play their game. You can do anything you want in this game as long as you can think of it!

Downloading and signing in

When you first get Roblox, you will need to sign up or log in. Signing up means that you are making a new account and the login button means you are trying to get back into an account. When signing up for an account, you will need to create your own username and password. Make sure to create a hard password that only you can remember!

Is Roblox actually worth getting?

I have been playing Roblox for quite a while, and have received multiple badges for playing the game over the years, and I have had very good experiences in the games. I say games because Roblox is a game where anyone can create a game, and publish it so other people can play it as well.

When creating a game, you will need something called the Roblox Create. The Roblox Create is something that links with your Roblox account and you can make anything. After you create that game, you will need to publish it so others can play it as well.

Currency in Roblox

Right now in Roblox, there is a currency called Robux. What this essentially does is give the player in-game money so they can buy cosmetics for their character, or they can use the money in games. Robux, in my opinion, isn’t very expensive, as you can get 400 Robux for $4.95 CAD. The more money you pay, the more Robux you will be able to get.

There is another way to get Robux. This way is using gift cards. There are gift cards from $10 to $100, and you can redeem these and buy as much Robux as possible with that amount of money. Let’s say you get a 25$ gift card, you will be able to get about 2,000 Robux if you only buy 400 at a time. Of course, the higher money you pay at once, the higher amount of Robux you earn. Roblox also gives out deals for buying Robux constantly, so you don’t want to miss out on those.

Scamming

Of course, with a ton of little children playing Roblox, scammers will try and squeeze into their accounts by creating fake games that make the players believe that they will get free Robux. There are over hundreds of free Robux games but all anyone gets from that is a hacked account.

I know this for a fact as I once did one of these scams knowing what it was, but at the time I didn’t have anything on the account so I thought it wouldn’t be that bad if that account did get hacked, I could just make a new one. A few months later after I forgot that I did what I did, I was given Robux on that account. What this led to was me getting locked out of my account and the hacker using my Robux to buy things that I didn’t want. This was my fault as I had a very weak password, but I changed it and it is now a lot stronger.

Opinions

I honestly think that Roblox is a really good game, and I will continue playing it as it has anything I could ever want to play, from Murder Mystery to going to high school again.
